Before payment

You can cancel an order at any time from the order page, free of charge.

After payment

Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email. If we have not yet purchased or prepared the goods, you get a full refund. If the goods have been prepared, we will tell you the costs already incurred before refunding the balance.

Short, damaged, or wrong items

Please check the goods at handover on board and report any problem to our delivery crew right away, or within 24 hours of handover with photos. We will replace the item or refund it.

Items we cannot supply

If, after payment, an item turns out to be unavailable, the value of that item is refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent to the bank account you specify, or through the method Midtrans provides. We confirm the amount and timing by email.
