Syarat & ketentuan

These terms apply to every order placed on the CV. Oceanic Kesuma Supply website. By submitting an order or RFQ you accept them.

Prices

• Prices are held in Indonesian Rupiah. USD amounts are for reference and follow the daily exchange rate.
• The price that applies is the price when the item was added to the cart, or the quoted price during the validity of a quotation (RFQ).
• Delivery to the vessel is charged separately and confirmed before payment.

Orders and payment

• An order becomes binding once it has been paid.
• Payment is due within 48 hours of the final total being confirmed. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when the time runs out.
• Payments are processed by Midtrans. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

• Goods are delivered to the vessel at the stated port, according to the date alongside you provided.
• Changes to the schedule or port must be notified before the goods leave. Extra costs caused by changes may apply and will be confirmed first.
• Goods are considered received once handed to the crew or agent on board and the receiver's name is recorded.
• Bonded stores are handed over in line with applicable customs and excise regulations.
