1. Choose your items

Browse the catalogue and add items to your cart. Prices are shown in USD for reference, with the Rupiah amount underneath. For large orders or items not listed, send an RFQ.

2. Enter vessel details

At checkout, fill in the vessel name, IMO number (if available), port, berth, date alongside, and the agent or PIC contact on board. You need an account with a verified email.

3. We confirm the delivery charge

Delivery cost depends on the port, berth location and volume, so we calculate it after the order comes in. The final total is emailed to you and shown on your order page. Nothing is charged before this step.

4. Pay

Payment is in Indonesian Rupiah through Midtrans: bank virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets, or credit card. You have 48 hours after the total is confirmed. After that the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.

5. We prepare and deliver

Goods are delivered to the vessel according to the schedule alongside. At handover we record who received them on board and the order status changes to "Delivered to vessel".

Tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or chat. As long as the goods have not left, we can reschedule.
