Privacy policy

What we store

• Your account name, email and phone number.
• Vessel and delivery details: vessel name, IMO number, port, date alongside, agent contact.
• Your order and quotation history, and chat messages with our staff.
• Payment status from Midtrans. Card numbers and bank details never reach our server.

Why

We use this data to process orders, work out delivery costs, deliver to the vessel, send email notifications and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and only share it where needed to fulfil an order (for example with Midtrans for payment).

Your rights

You can update your name and phone number on your profile page. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email kesumasupply@gmail.com. Records of paid orders are kept for accounting purposes.
